Nuttini is a concept for a premium nut butter brand offering a variety of rich, natural spreads like peanut, almond, and cashew butter. The brand is dedicated to delivering pure flavors made with the finest nuts and minimal ingredients (brief by @designerbriefs on Instagram).
I delivered a brand identity for the brief that communicated both sophistication, and a closeness to nature. I wanted to highlight Nuttini’s craftsmanship of cultivating and processing nuts, so the customers know this product stands out.

The logo is a wordmark, the word Nuttini using Adobe Handwriting Ernie with a 3 point stroke. The typeface is a handwritten one, which alludes to craftsmanship, but its most prominent feature is its stroke. It resembles the creaminess of nut butters' spread.
Each Nuttini flavor has its own color: jasper red for peanut butter, cordovan brown for almond butter, and agate blue for cashew butter. These colors show both sophistication and earthiness.
All flavors share the same background color; floral white. It is an off-white that is creamy and reminiscent of nature. It also feels pure and serene, making it the ideal base color for Nuttini’s visual identity.

Nuttini's copy is in various versions of Stevie Sans (Regular, Book, and Light). It is sometimes contrasted using the logo typeface, Adobe Handwriting Ernie, and some titles are in all-caps.
Stevie Sans feels neutral, but also powerful. In the words of its designer Marconi Lima, it “allows the designer to go into the past, while being in the present and looking towards the future”. Its timelessness makes it a great match to Nuttini’s refinement.
